Sandy Phillips
Hi, I'm Sandy Phillips. Welcome to my profile!
Sandy Phillips's Bio:
Currently a scenic artist for The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Cassandra "Sandy" Phillips has been a theater professional since 2003 and has painted for such companies as Indiana Repertory Theatre, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, and The Santa Fe Opera. Scenic Art is something I am truly passionate about. Sandy enjoys the opportunity to bring a designer's vision to life, and seeing all of the creative ways scenic designers use space to tell a story.
Sandy Phillips' training in fine art gives her a great eye for detail and realism, while reveling in a good challenge even under pressure.
Sandy's favorite part of the performing arts, however, is being just one part of the machine we call "theatre." Nothing is as fulfilling as seeing all the parts come together and work as one on opening night.
